• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe:
   Estimated delivery is usually within 7–20 business days.

• Rest of the World:
   Delivery times may range from 10 to 30 business days, depending on local logistics and customs.

📍 Why is my order taking longer than expected?

In some cases, international deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance or local delivery issues. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we kindly ask for your patience during such situations.

📬 How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your package’s progress through this link. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for tracking information to become active.

If the tracking status is “Delivered” but you haven't received your item, please:

📦 My package arrived damaged or I received the wrong item.

Please send us clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

🔁 Do you offer refunds for late deliveries?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 business days from the order date, we’ll offer either a full refund or a free reshipment, depending on your preference.

✍️ Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee address changes.
